Mohammad Jamshed Mohammadi was recognised as Highly Commended in the Refugee Business Award at the Victorian Multicultural Awards for Excellence 2025, a testament to his extraordinary contribution and unwavering dedication to the community. For almost two decades, Mr. Jamshed has worked tirelessly to support community organisations, create employment opportunities, and empower people with little to no English to build meaningful careers. Through patient training, mentorship, and genuine belief in people’s potential, many of those he employed have gone on to establish their own successful businesses – a legacy that continues to strengthen and uplift the community.

Congratulations to Mr. Jamshed on this well-deserved recognition. This honour reflects not only his hard work, but also the profound impact that compassion, resilience, and community-driven leadership can have over time. The nomination by Hazara Shamama Association highlights the appreciation and respect he has earned from those who have witnessed his efforts first-hand. His achievements are a powerful reminder that when one person commits to lifting others, entire communities rise with them.

در مراسم «جوایز برتری فرهنگی و چندفرهنگی ویکتوریا ۲۰۲۵» به‌عنوان فردی بسیار شایستهٔ تقدیر معرفی گردید؛ افتخاری که بیانگر سهم برجسته، تعهد حرفه‌ای و مهربانی خستگی‌ناپذیر ایشان در خدمت به جامعه است.

نزدیک به دو دهه است که آقای محمدی با تلاش‌های پیوسته و مسئولانهٔ خود، به تقویت ظرفیت‌های سازمان‌های اجتماعی پرداخته، زمینه‌های اشتغال را فراهم نموده و افرادی را که با محدودیت‌های زبانی مواجه بوده‌اند، در مسیر دستیابی به فرصت‌های شغلی و آینده‌ای روشن یاری رسانده است. شیوهٔ آموزش سنجیده، رهنمایی صبورانه و باور صادقانهٔ ایشان به توانایی‌های افراد، سبب شده است که بسیاری از کسانی که فعالیت حرفه‌ای خود را زیر نظر ایشان آغاز نمودند، امروز صاحب تجارت‌های موفق باشند؛ و این میراث ارزشمند، بنیان جامعه را بیش‌ازپیش استوار و سربلند ساخته است.

بدین‌وسیله، کسب این تقدیر شایسته را به آقای محمدی تبریک عرض می‌کنیم.

این افتخار صرفاً نتیجهٔ تلاش‌های مستمر ایشان نیست، بلکه نمایانگر اثرگذاری عمیق مهربانی، پشتکار و رهبری جامعه‌محور ایشان در گذر زمان است. نامزدی ایشان از سوی انجمن هزارهٔ شمامهٔ ویکتوریا گواهی است بر قدردانی و احترام عمیقی که از سوی افرادی که از نزدیک شاهد خدمات و مجاهدت‌هایشان بوده‌اند، ابراز شده است. دستاوردهای ایشان یادآور این حقیقت است که هرگاه فردی اراده می‌کند دیگران را تعالی بخشد، تمامی جامعه با او ارتقا می‌یابد.
